CEO
Celicourt was established by Mark in 2014. In a communications career spanning over 20 years he has advised some of the world’s leading businesses, a number of high profile individuals and organisations on their strategic communications. During his career Mark has dealt with a wide range of situations, including profile raising campaigns, crisis situations, capital market activity including extensive M&A, IPOs, and financial calendar work. He began his career in corporate communications with eight years at Brunswick, which he left as a Director. After university Mark spent five years in the British Army.
Partner
Philip has extensive experience of advising, leading and implementing financial, corporate communications and investor relations campaigns. His approach and advice is based on a background in finance and accounting, and over 20 years in communications and investor relations. Philip has advised senior management teams from small and medium growth companies to large international entities across both the public and private markets. He has worked across multiple sectors, advising companies and individuals on reputation management, profile development, IPOs, M&A, shareholder disputes, government relations, crisis management and debt holder communications. Philip established a boutique consultancy, following his career in large international agencies. He initially trained as an accountant with US entertainment company, Disney.

Felicity is a highly regarded comms practitioner with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. She brings a strong track record advising on corporate reputation, risk mitigation, brand building, strategic capital market campaigns, including extensively around M&A and IPOs, and thought leadership programmes, designed to build trust and deliver measurable results. Felicity has led successful campaigns for both listed and private businesses across the natural resources, financial, consumer, leisure, and tech sectors.
Account Executive
Charlie joined Celicourt as an Account Executive following his Masters in Politics & Communications at The London School of Economics and First Class Joint Honours in Philosophy and Politics from Durham University. Charlie has experience in journalism, having contributed to EV in Focus, and has a keen interest in clean technology and green fuels.
Director
Joanna has worked in financial and corporate communications for 15 years, having previously been at Financial Dynamics and Bell Pottinger. Following her early career as a gemologist, Joanna has worked on international PR campaigns for a wide range of businesses, across multiple sectors. These include financial services, property, retail and natural resources where she has a particularly strong track record advising mining companies around all aspects of their communications. Joanna has extensive experience in IPOs, M&A, crisis management and financial calendar work.
Account Director
Ali supports with the management and smooth running of a number of clients, with responsibilities including driving digital strategies, media engagement, research and financial calendar communications. Ali is experienced in creating strategic and visual content and deploying it across multiple platforms including social media channels. He has a degree in Banking & Finance, a Master’s in International Political Economy from King's College London, and a Diploma in Islamic Finance from the Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance.
Consultant Partner
Jimmy has extensive experience across corporate and financial PR, delivering strategic advice, planning and executing campaigns. He is firmly amongst the top of his generation of corporate PR advisers. He has worked across a number of sectors and has an impressive track record in handling challenging events, including supporting clients through situations with activist investors. He also has significant Capital Market experience having worked on a number of Main Market listings and M&A activity. Jimmy graduated with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management.
Senior Advisor
Tim joined in 2019 as Celicourt’s first Senior Advisor, primarily providing counsel to the team as the agency continues to grow, but also being additional senior resource for Celicourt's clients when necessary. Through his career in investment banking, Tim brings 30 years' experience in advising companies on their development. Tim is the founder of Geopoint Advisory, an independent advisory business. His investment banking career was spent with large banks: the first decade at JP Morgan Chase, CIBC World Markets and RBC Capital Markets. With strategic advice and valuation at the core, Tim has advised many companies on seminal transactions including capital raising, M&A and stakeholder communications. Tim started his professional life as a geologist and studied Earth Sciences at Oxford University.
Senior Advisor
Elodie is a specialist in ESG, and brings 25 years' experience in advising companies, in particular on a broad range of social and environmental issues. Elodie was both Head of Societal Issues and Relationships, and Upstream Communications for BP. She also worked for the BBC World Service and today is a Partner at Saltus Consulting, the sustainability consultancy.
